Advent16Advent17#16 “Tell a story together.  Each person gets a turn.”  Hmm… this is one of those things that was better in the concept stage.

#17 “Make ice candles.” This is the kind we made but this one looks fun too.”

P.S.  If as you’re reading this it occurs to you that you haven’t gotten a Christmas card from me yet… don’t worry!  I’m sending them out today…. I promise.  You should get it sometime in January. :)

Our story - Once upon a time there lived a little dinosaur.  His name was Brother.  He loved to twirl and spin and chase other dinosaurs.  One day he decided to get a drink from his favorite water hole but the water wasn’t there.  It had turned to mud.  He said, “Oh my, wher could my water have gone.  The sun must have dried it up.  I will do a rain dance.  Maybe that will make it rain.  So he twirled and spun but no rain came.  Then all of a sudden rain made a volcano.  That volcano instead of hot lava was full of water.  The dinosaur went up the volcano.  He jumped into the volcano’s hole at the top.  he went into water and when he went into water suddenly he drowned he touched the bottom and did not drown.  He swam and drank, so glad to have a new waterholevol.  The End.
